The FBI knew Sunday night that the Boston Marathon bombers planned a large Times Square finale to their lethal terror spree but left the NYPD in the dark for days.Dzhokhar revealed that New York City was next on their list of targets Mayor Bloomberg said at a news conference Thursday. He told the FBI apparently that he and his brother intended to drive to New York and detonate additional explosives in Times Square. NYC has the best counter terrorism force in the world.
